Team Recharge was created to help you learn how to eat for your lifestyle; using your health and wellness goals as a tool to increase your faith and spirituality.

It’s designed to heal and transform, by creating new habits and designing a nutrition plan tailored specific to you that allows for long term results.  Team Recharge is for anyone who wants to improve their health and wellness from the inside out, and build a stronger faith along the way. 

To find joy and freedom in the choices we make for our health, we need the strength from our creator to guide us on our journey, as well as encouragement and support from others.  We can’t do it alone. 

Whether you want to lose weight, need more energy, or feel a tug to improve the quality of your health, I am confident, through my experiences, I can help you.

MEET THE COACH

Hi. I’m Jill Boogerd. A proud momma of three girls, and a child of God who thinks CrossFit workouts are the next best thing to peanut butter. Summer is too short, winter is too long, and I love kicking back on the deck with girlfriends and a glass of wine!

My previous struggles with weight, body image, lack of confidence and self-worth are the reasons I am passionate about helping others find success in their health and fitness.  There are so many challenges that come with the idea of improving our fitness and nutrition, but Romans 12:2 tell us not to conform to the patterns of this world but to be transformed by renewing our minds. 

Team Recharge faith-based health coaching will help you create new habits using your faith as a tool for success.  If we don’t search our hearts desires and understand why we long for a smaller pants size or a faster run time – and then develop a system to get us there – we end up back at square one.  As your coach I am committed to helping you create your system of success and hold you accountable every step of the way!!

Interval-Style Workouts

Come join us for a high-intensity interval training workout that is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.

Our fitness classes will help build your strength and endurance, for both physical challenges and mental challenges, to prepare you for anything life throws your way.

Class begins with a Bible verse and short message during our warm-up, and finish with reflection and relaxation time during our cool down.

Our class are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at CrossFit The Challenge in Cedar Rapids.

9-Week Nutritional Bible Study

Your Health Through the Word of God
  • Work in a supportive 1:1 setting. Creating a realistic and doable action plan based on your goals.

  • Build a menu, including both meals and snacks, that is tailored around your lifestyle; using recipes that help you feel excited about eating healthy.

  • Complete Bible study questions to help you understand your health through the word of God.

  • Uncover what thought patterns are controlling your mind set and develop new behaviors and habits that will help you get to where you want to be.

  • Develop a strategy that allows you to move past the cravings and emotional triggers that are keeping you from seeing transformation.
